‘Sex and the City’ Star Kristin Davis List LA Compound For $3.3 million
Actress Kristin Davis, best known for her role as Charlotte in the TV series “Sex and the City,” has listed her Los Angeles compound for $3.3 million.
Davis purchased the home more than two decades ago — according to public listing records — paying $690,000 in 1998. She placed the home under a trust in 2005, according to PropertyShark records.
The Brentwood property, which was listed April 25, has a 1978 contemporary-style main home and a separate “accessory living quarters” nestled in the surrounding trees, according to the listing with Mimi McCormick and Maureen McCormick of Compass. Both declined to comment.
The 4,043-square-foot residence sits on about half an acre and has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, according to the listing.
The master suite has space for an exercise studio and a study, and its bathroom has his-and-hers sinks, a glass shower and a separate bathtub under a picture window.
The home also has an eight-seat movie theater.
The rear deck overlooks the mountains surrounding the Mandeville Canyon, and the property also has views of the downtown skyline, according to listing photos.
Davis, 54, also starred in the “Sex and the City” films and performed on Broadway in the 2012 revival of Gore Vidal’s play “The Best Man.” Most recently, she had a recurring role in the 2014 series “Bad Teacher.”
Last March, Davis purchased a five-bedroom home in Brentwood for $5.289 million under the same trust, according to PropertyShark records.
